We do also offer same day shipping if your order is processed and paid before 3pm. We can ship the items via grab or lalamove. We ship daily between 5-7pm for all orders placed before 3pm.

Upon receiving your order, we recommend checking the items right away for any sizing issues or damages. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for the following reasons:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once we receive the item, we’ll arrange the delivery of the new size — shipping to be covered by the customer.

We’ll take care of it. Damaged items are eligible for free exchanges or full refunds.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind once an order has shipped. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may still request changes.

All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with tags intact. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
